BLEND Program Admission Requirements

A non-nursing bachelor's degree in any field
A current unrestricted RN license to practice in the United States; a copy of the license must be submitted with the application form
Certificate of Professional Liability Insurance (Must denote coverage of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 aggregate)
Submission of an application
Submission of an application fee of $40
Official transcripts from each college/university attended
Three recommendations (on the Loyola form) from persons knowledgeable about the applicant's aptitude for graduate school (e.g. former professors or master's prepared Nursing Supervisors)
A typed goal statement, approximately one page in length, describing your professional goals and reasons for pursuing a graduate degree
A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher on all prior undergraduate work
The undergraduate equivalent of three semester credit hours in Statistics
Proof of criminal background check through http://www.CertifiedBackground.com
